An emotional Sonu Sood on Thursday shared a lovely post about a dedicated road on behalf of his late mother, Saroj Sood.
The road, now called Prof Saroj Sood Road, is located in the hometown of the actor Moga, where the family spent their first days.
Sharing a photo of the painting with his mother’s name, Sonu Sood wrote on Instagram: “A visual I’ve dreamed of all my life. Today a road in my hometown of Moga was named after my mother: Prof Saroj Sood Road. The same path he took all his life. From home to college and then back home. This will always be the most important chapter of my life. I’m sure Mom and Dad have to smile somewhere in the sky. I wish he was around to see that. I thank Mr Harjot Kamal, Mr Sandeep Hans and Mrs Anita Darshi for making this possible. “

On the work front, Sonu Sood has Telugu films Alludu Adhurs and Acharya, Tamil film Thamilarasan and Hindi period drama Prithviraj in his cat.
