New Delhi: The Home Ministry has taken a big decision considering the dire situation in the country due to the coronavirus and the huge shortage of oxygen. The Home Ministry has banned the supply of oxygen to industries from today. The order has been issued by the Home Ministry to ensure smooth supply of oxygen across the country. Following this decision, the industry will be supplied with oxygen by the government.
According to the order, oxygen will not be supplied for industrial needs from today. Except for category 9, there will be no restrictions on oxygen supply plants, oxygen generating plants and oxygen carrying vehicles.

The court took us to another hospital
Let us know that there is a severe shortage of oxygen in hospitals across the country. The situation in Delhi is even worse. So far many hospitals have approached the High Court regarding the supply of oxygen. Justice of Saroj Super Specialty Hospital dedicated to Kovid patients on Thursday. The petition was filed before a bench of Vipin Sanghi and Justice Rekha Palli. The matter is being heard.
Patients have the first right to oxygen, the court said
Earlier on Wednesday, the Delhi High Court had directed the Center to immediately cut off oxygen supply to industries. The court made the order while hearing a petition filed alleging lack of oxygen at Max Hospital. The court said patients have the first right to oxygen.

The court slammed the government
The court slammed the central government and said that it is possible that the government has forgotten so much about the reality on the ground. You people will not die. Yesterday we were told you were trying to buy oxygen, what happened to it? This is a time of emergency. The government should tell the truth.
The court had asked the Center why oxygen supply in industrial establishments should not be given to corona patients in hospitals. The court said the industry could wait for oxygen, but not patients. The court also said that human life is in danger.
