All thirteen amphitheater baths on all three baths. The fourth royal bath will also take place on April 27 on the Baishakh full moon. But only three non-resident birds will bathe in that bath. These bathing saints do not perform akhad.

Former Union Minister Uma Bharti said that the Kumbh Mela would be held safely and grandly with the labor and strength of saints and great men.
