Spotify India has introduced revised plans on a daily and weekly basis. Now called Premium Mini, these new plans have a lower cost than when the service first entered the country.
Those who choose to subscribe to these new plans will have to pay INR 7 for the one-day plan and INR 25 for the 1-week plan. In the past, the same plans would have reduced you by 13 INR, respectively 39 INR.
The Mini plan has some limitations compared to the individual plan. The benefits of the plan only apply to listening on a mobile device and not on desktop or web applications. Second, instead of the download limit of 10 k per device on 5 devices, the download limit of the individual plan is now limited to only 30 songs on a single mobile device.
In addition, Spotify has reduced the cost of the annual subscription. Instead of the usual INR1,189, you can now get the annual subscription for INR999. This is, however, a limited time offer, which expires on 31 December 2020.
The rest of the plans remain the same, including INR119 for the monthly rate for a single user, INR149 for the Duo plan and INR179 for a group of six accounts.
