The new rules will apply to restaurants with more than 10 branches
Please note that this new rule of FSSAAI will apply to restaurants with more than 10 chains. Accordingly, companies operating central licenses or operating restaurants in more than ten locations are required to include calorie information in their menu cards. The menu card should also state how many calories a person needs to have.
According to the notification of the Government of India, it is necessary to provide information about the nutritional value of the item along with the menu card, display board or booklet. Burgers like Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, McDonald’s etc. also have to tell you about the calories of your food. 100 grams of burgers contain 295 calories
